Hi, I’m Adam!
I’ve been a trainer for 15 years in the DC Metro Area. I founded Armada Fitness in 2016 because I believe long-term sustainable fitness is based on a foundation of proper movement.
My clients range from high school athletes to radio personalities, pregnant women, CEOs of Fortune 500 companies, and my mom.
I shattered my elbow during high school football practice and had four subsequent surgeries. Through resistance training and a positive attitude, not only did I heal, I went on to win a statewide power-lifting competition at 17 years old.
Each person’s life and circumstance is unique. So I work collaboratively with clients to create individualized programs for long-term success.
Whether your goal is physique driven, to reduce risk of injury, or simply perform better in your day to day life, improving your quality of movement will allow you to sustainably achieve your goals.
My goal isn’t to make you dependent on me, it’s to make you independent so you can do what you want with confidence.
Let’s get moving, together!
